New-fashioned room with elegant decor and fairly clean bathroom.

The breakfast provided was good, we had a comfortable queen room with amenities such as a kettle, a cozy bed, and air conditioning, also the location was convenient with nearby restaurants and the bus station.

The staff was lovely, rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great location in the city.

It's hard to come up with negative points as everything is excellent, but the surrounding area might be considered a rough spot for some.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. It was situated right in the heart of the city, allowing me to easily explore all the surrounding towns and even visit Mount Etna. Secondly, the staff were amazing. Michele, the owner, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He even recommended a tour group for me to visit Mount Etna. Lastly, the rooms were wonderful. They were beautifully decorated with elegant touches and had all the necessary amenities, including a balcony and air conditioning. The breakfast in the morning was also a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from and delicious espresso to kickstart the day.

I couldn't find anything to fault during my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations.
